From April 29 - May 7, we experienced intermittent issues collecting reporting event data. Specifically, reporting for successful email deliveries was impacted. This will present itself as a lower than normal delivery rate on your Rejoiner dashboard during this period. Email sending was not impacted during this time, and all of your email was delivered. This issue was limited to reporting.

We are experiencing an issue with the reporting notifications that is causing some delivery, bounce, complaint, and rejection notifications to be delayed and, in some instances, dropped. Email delivery is unaffected. A fix is in the works and updates will be posted as we have them.
